The top-viewed Wikipedia page for every day of 2014

Nikhil Sonnad at Quartz created an interactive chart of 2014's most-viewed Wikipedia articles on each day. This visualization was made by analyzing English-language Wikipedia data from 2014 and finding out which pages collected more visits. The calendar like visualization shows the top-viewed page for every day of 2014 using darker colors indicate more pageviews. By clicking on each day the user is able to get additional information such as the title of the page, the actual number of views, and a direct link to the respective Wikipedia page.
