England Riots
Between 6 and 10 August 2011, England suffered widespread rioting that started with the shooting of Mark Duggan in Tottenham. For better understanding the sequence of events The Guardian created an interactive timeline that shows the most important incidents and how they spread over the different neighbourhoods. The animated timeline entitled "England Riots: An Interactive Timeline" enables the user to scroll through the events, ordered by hour, and watch how the riots unfolded.
