It shows hoe the United States jobs market has grown and contracted after September 2008, when US investment bank Lehman Brothers collapsed and sent shockwaves throughout the international banking community. The visualization includes semi circled timelines show the size of an industry and its relative change over time with red shrinking and green growing the circle. The visualization also include area charts that show what happened to an industry by showing data month by month.
