“Beautiful in English” is a project by Nadieh Bremer from Visual Cinnamon for Google News Lab, with the assistance of Simon Rogers and Alberto Cairo for art direction, and Jennifer Lee and Rick Genter for the raw data gathering. The visualization shows the most popular words translated from different languages into English, “Beautiful” being the most common word to be translated.
