6x9: A virtual experience of solitary confinement

This virtual reality experience by The Guardian shows users what does it feel like to spend 23 hours a day in a cell that measures six by nine feet. Using virtual reality it puts the user inside a US solitary confinement prison cell and tells the story of the psychological damage that can ensue from isolation by presenting narrations of people that lived through it and presenting information written on the walls.
